Refund Policy
At Vitalux Offers, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the conditions below.
Deadlines
• Dissatisfaction with the product: within 7 calendar days of delivery
• Manufacturing defect: within 30 calendar days of delivery
For visible damage (broken parts, missing pieces, scratches, etc.), the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, sending photos or a video showing the product and its packaging. After this period, the issue will be considered misuse.
Return Conditions
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, including all accessories and components.
Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified.
Once the product is received and inspected, the customer may choose between:
• Exchange for another available item
• Refund of the product value
Shipping costs are non-refundable if the product delivered matches the order and arrives in perfect condition.
Warranty
All products include a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.
To activate the warranty, the customer must send clear photos or a video (up to 1 minute) showing the defect, along with the packaging and visible label.
Warranty does not cover:
• Aesthetic damage after delivery (scratches, cracks, dents)
• Liquid or moisture damage
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Improper use
• Natural wear and tear (loss of color, oxidation, battery reduction, etc.)
